Cream Cheese Cupcakes

  1. Beat cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and salt.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Mix 2 cups sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar and cocoa power.
  5. Stir in rest of dry ingredients.
  6. Add water and mix.
  7. Fill 2/3 full paper baking cups placed in muffin pan.
  8. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in middle of each cupcake before baking.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
